Shipping and returns

Our aim is to promptly process and fulfil all orders within one-two business days of placing the order. Please be advised that orders made during extended weekends and public holidays may require additional processing time. Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing shipping and tracking information, allowing you to TRACK your package's journey.

Shipping Times

Within Australia- Typically 2-5 days.

Orders destined for regional areas of Australia, Western Australia, and non-metropolitan locations may necessitate additional delivery time.

For domestic orders, there is a flat rate of $10 AUD for orders under $100 AUD, with orders exceeding $100 AUD eligible for complimentary shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

(All online orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia)

Please review and accept our Customs Policy before placing your order. Please note that shipping time estimates do not account for any additional delays that may occur during customs processing. Customs taxes are not included in the shipping cost. Custom tax's are at the buyers responsibility and expense. 

Shipping Times and Rates:

  • New Zealand: 3-5 days, $20 AUD
  • USA: 5-10 days, $30 AUD

RETURNS

For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns. Please make your selections thoughtfully, as refunds are not available for changes of mind or incorrect selections. We advise carefully reviewing your orders before finalising them.

DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT

In the event of goods arriving damaged, PLEASE contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving delivery at hello@lebasebeauty.com and provide immediate proof of damage, such as pictures.
